Unregistration | Unregistering from live events after winning a seat or package

Players should only play satellites to live events they can go to. This is because live event seats aren't refundable or exchangeable. You have to play the first seat you win to a land-based event.

We accept unregistration in some cases. The best thing for players to do is to give us a valid reason with supporting documents before the event starts.

Can anyone unregister from live events?

Qualifiers can't unregister from a live event.

I registered using funds from my user account. How do I unregister?

Just head to the same place you registered in our software to unregister.

If this isn't working for you, let us know at least 48 hours before the event. You can also visit our Registration Desk at the venue before the tournament starts. We'll return your buy-in to your account.

If a player doesn't show up without letting us know, we'll add their buy-ins to the prize pool.

The same rule applies to alternates, whatever their position is on the waiting list.
