Instant Bonuses - General explanation, pause and resume bonuses, bets needed for conversion

We award Instant Bonuses so players can use them in specific games and convert them into real money by playing those games.

Every time you get an Instant Bonus, your goal is to earn the required amount of redemption points before the bonus expires. As soon as you've met your target, we'll convert the remaining Instant Bonus (plus any winnings) into real money.

Under the Instant Bonus menu, you can also find when your bonus expires and in which games you can use it. Finally, you can surrender (give up) your Instant Bonus or pause it.

Can I withdraw my Instant Bonus?

You can't withdraw your Instant Bonus or use it outside of the eligible games until you have reached the redemption points goal.

Can I pause and resume bonuses?

Yes. You can pause or resume your Instant Bonuses at any time you like before they expire. If you pause your active Instant Bonus, further bets won't count to convert that bonus.

When you pause an Instant Bonus, you may start working on another one first if you got multiple pending bonuses at the same time. Keep in mind that pausing an Instant Bonus won't change the expiry date. You'll still need to meet your redemption points requirement within the same time frame.

You can choose to resume a paused bonus within the same menu. Go to Instant Bonuses, select the Instant Bonus of your choice, and press 'Pause' or 'Resume' depending on which action you want to take.

Where can I see the number of bets or redemption points needed for conversion?

The number of redemption points you need to earn to convert a Casino Instant Bonus to real money will be displayed when the bonus is offered, on the tables of eligible Casino games, and the information will be available to view on the web, desktop software or mobile app via the My Rewards menu.
